Hi! I’m Coach Lauren

I’m Lauren, a NASM-certified personal trainer, entrepreneur, and student.My fitness journey started when I needed to lose weight for the Air Force—I went from 216 lbs to 150 lbs, but later gained some weight back after feeling too skinny and losing balance with food and life.

That experience taught me that fitness is both mental and physical. Now I help women build their bodies, confidence, and mindset through structured training and sustainable habits.

My philosophy is simple: progress over perfection. Food is fuel, and showing up is always enough.
