My fitness journey began when I needed to lose weight for the Air Force. I went from 216 lbs to 150 lbs, but after struggling to maintain balance with food, fitness, and life, I eventually gained some weight back.
That experience taught me that fitness is more than physical—it’s mental too. Now, I help women build their bodies, confidence, and mindset through structured training and sustainable habits. My philosophy is simple: progress over perfection. Food is fuel, and showing up for yourself is always enough.
